May 10, 2017 More bird watching (Video)

I just thought it’s so adorable with Murlis cute lil head moving so much😸 She almost always goes bird watching right after her breakfast😸 The birds were very active like always in the morning, and she loves to watch them from this position recently. It’s so she can see them sitting on the ledge right above the window. She sees them partially, and that’s even more entertaining to Murli. They were also flying by the window a lot, which is the reason her head is moving so much💜Sorry for the noise of that big truck in the street. Normally there’s no traffic or car noise, but they were unloading stones for the renewal of the pavement in our street.

It got pretty cold again for May. We really didn’t have much of a spring at all. Just a few warmer days in all that time. And those days were spread far apart. It was just 41°F (5°C) at the lowest this morning. A little later at 9am, it was about 46°F (a little less than 8°C) which is when I left the small window open for a bit.

Murli and I are wishing everyone a happy whiskerswednesday!

    1. Right! I’m glad too. We have lots of trees around here and therefore a whole lot of birds. Being higher up helps too. I also play a lot with her and have many toys and all kinds of fun things for her throughout the home to animate her to play. We have lots of fun! 😸☺️
Internet and TV birds are quite the entertainment!
We wish you a wonderful day!

  2. Oh Murli is adorable Natascha! Does she ‘chitter chatter’ when she sees birds? Siddhartha Henry does & it is so cute….
Our temps are much the same. It is a whopping 15 Celsius with a brisk North wind….so it feels much colder. I managed to plant flower seeds in my neighbor’s & our garden. I ripped out thee weed flowers so there is room for the garden flowers to grow. And replanted some of the wild Forget-Me-Nots. I have river stones soaking in warm water that came in the Miracle Grow soil I was given.
Some of our plants are growing well & others are very slow due to chilliness…..
At least it is not snowing, hehehe.

    1. haha yes she does! It’s absolutely adorable. She chatters and then starts chattering with little “mrrreow’s” in between. After a while of that, she’ll start meowin at them😸 I think I have captured her chatter on a video not too long ago. But I will be trying to film another one. She is chattering and bird watching a lot. At the moment it’s really fun, because the birds are so active in spring.

That weather sound like what we had for a while before the Foehn wind came. In fact we had weather with really icy cold north winds a lot this spring. The wind is especially icy when the mountains got fresh snow. The temperatures went below freezing after Easter for a while. Which was a complete disaster for the farmers and their vegetables and fruit. They tried to keep the air around the trees and plants above freezing temperature with little fires in between. Like not a bone fire, but they had a contained fires in some kind of bucket and stuff. It looked amazing on the pictures in the news, with those big fields and little fires all over. The farmers had to guard the flames all night for many days.

Yeah, the temperatures feel a lot lower with a cold wind like that.

Yay! That’s pawsome you planted some flowers! Oh I love Forget-Me-Nots! They are one of my most favorite little flowers. Hope the it will get warmer and the flowers will grow beautifully!
MOL! Exactly, at least it’s not snowing!

Love to you and the littul Purrince,
Natascha and Murli sending purrs & *nose kisses* & *paw hugs* to you both! 🐱💕

  3. Hello again Natashca! I agree it good it is not snowing. And I am glad we are not in a heatwave too! So maybe it being cooler (northerly wind) is a good thing (in some weird respect!)
I sorted out P SH’s outside Condo & he really likes it. We blogged about it on Sunday.
Whether anything I planted will grow is a mystery; but I gave it a good try 😉
Siddhartha Henry loves watching the birds, the chipmunks, & his doggie friends, Missy & Molly.
Hoping this week is a better one for you.
