Happy New Year!

Hello everyone! We hope you’re having a nice New Years Eve and that your holidays have been great!

Ralph, the cats and myself are just having a relaxed holiday really, with just being home with the cats, having good food and cake. Of course the cats also get special treats πŸ˜‰

Samantha and Sonic are still curled up and asleep. Only Murli is walking around at the moment. They’re all relaxed and happy. Thankfully, with the windows and backdoor closed, it’s not that noisy and the bangs sound distant. It will get loud around midnight though, but we’re not right in the middle of the city, so there’s not that much going on. I’m very glad for that, as it’s horribly noisy right in the city, with constant bangs and fireworks and festival tents with loud music going till 5 in the morning. I enjoy not having to deal with that anymore so much!

Could not be happier to be together with Ralph and the sweet cats in our home. And it’s amazing to me that this is now our 2nd New Years together (since Ralph came to Austria in September 2017). I’m looking forward to every day of our life going forward. Every single day is a lovely one with our little family and I’m so thankful for that.

May the new year be a peaceful and happy one for all of us!

Lots of love! Thank you, each and every one of you, for commenting and visiting my little blog, despite the fact I wasn’t very active this year.

How is New Years where you are?

  1. Happy New Years to all of you!! And many apologies for being out of touch for so long. We are all fine, Stella is cuddled up on the bed waiting for us to come back and Milo is asleep on the back of the couch with Denise. We will be spending our evening in bed watching TV as usual. The Canadian tv special doesn’t start until 11 so we will probably be asleep
by then, getting old. I will find time to write you a longer note, I promise.!! I am glad you are all doing well and Ralph and you are getting along so well. Have a wonderful evening and New Year. Love to all.!!!

  2. Hi Natascha and Happy New Year to you and Ralph. We are very much alike I think. We will cuddle up with our pups and try to keep them from freaking out over the fireworks. We are in a suburban area, but only one block from the beach. The kids like to go over to the beach to let off fireworks, so we get an earful.

Let me say what a pleasure it has been communicating here with you both. You are such a sweet couple and obviously so much in love! Having been married over 50 years now, I know what it means to have a loving soulmate that enjoys sharing life experiences together.

Our blessings for a wonderful 2019 for you both!!

  3. I spent New Year with Spike in bed watching tv to drown out the fire works. I fell asleep at 10 and woke at 6. They’re will be more celebrating today and maybe tomorrow. I can’t be bothered really. My son stayed 2 nights then had to go back to hospital at least I have Spike and Greg and me keep in touch. Wish our dream would come true like for Ralph and you. Have a very happy and peaceful new year. Hugs and Purrs. Christine and Spike. xπŸ˜»πŸ’œπŸΎπŸΎπŸΎ

    1. 2019 and Christine and I are going to see each other no matter what. Before we can do anything else, we have to meet and spend time together. Time slipped away from us last year, and I won’t let that happen again! Too much at stake! We are going to have a Happy New Year sometime this year, and I hope you Natasha and Ralph have one too!!!
